My brother, Kenneth Ray Rodriguez, lost a year and-a-half long battle with cancer and died the morning of 18 January, 2001 at 0837 CST. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, he was 51 years old and leaves behind his mother, daughter, grandson, and me. Less than two weeks ago, he was given but a few months to live, so we took him to my mother's home to live out his last days in relative comfort. He took a final breath in the early morning and died in his bed. Funeral arrangements have been made with Roy Akers Funeral Home in Sn Antonio and he will be interred at the Fort Sam Houston, Texas, National Cemetery on Monday, 11 January 2001
